Interacting with the judicial system is important, regardless of the reason you are there. Ensuring you get your "day in Court" requires active communication and resources. As Clerk of Circuit Court, Brian will:

• Modernize the Clerk of Circuit Court website
• Ensure that resources and tools are available in person, digitally, and by phone
• Prioritize education on the role of Circuit Court Clerk to ensure people know where to go when they need support

Pillar 3: Effective & Conservative Stewardship of Tax Dollars

The Clerk of Circuit Court is funded by you the taxpayers of Kenosha County. There is an obligation to ensure that your dollars are being utilized in a way that promotes the constitutional requirement of Clerk, effective operations of the Courthouse, and are an investment into this important office. Brian commits to:

• Close the gap on unpaid court fees
• Run more efficiently & effectively
• Work with the County Board on resources & tools to modernize operations
• Cross train staff more efficiently
• Create the Circuit Court Annual Report by 2028
